Now? :eek6:

But then you'll be awake in the night and too damn tired again tomorrow :P

However, sleep well :biggrin5:

But you don't know them

...

You cannot tell me, that you would know everyone from your 2000 friends :P

Maybe you played once with someone, but then forgot him. Same situation with "pure" strangers ;)

I know, but I'm pretty sure that there will be some people still complaining about the "low" limit...

Like in Facebook, where a lot have a few thousand friends. Completely sensless... I don't like were this is going, everything becomes too "facebook-like"

Celine, you can always play with any stranger, even when nobody is in your list. And I'm pretty sure also German speaking people ;)

Hahah wtf? You are seriously comparing PSN to FB? These are two completely different social networks - thankfully.

And even in FB there are just some people who like to have a well-filled friendlist. Normally the average is at about 300 friends which is not that much. It is made to add all the people you know and you like, not the very best friends of yours. In the end everybody handles that in their own way but some people just like the attention they get and like the fact that they can reach many people at once.

- good topic, I could add a lot more to that :P

Playing with strangers is something different. It's more fun if you can communicate with mic or psn chat while playing ;)

Yeah that's the circle of life xD:frown:

Of course you know none of them, but like you said, you played once together and had fun, so you can play together again (and have fun) :biggrin5: You will remember each other and the good time you good and repeat that - at best.

No no, not the PSN itself. When the PS4-Interface was presented few months ago, I immediately had to think of Facebook. Now you can share your "game experience" over the PSN or even your Facebook account. Having this vast amount of "friends" just let it feel even more like Facebook. Of course you don't have to use this options given, but I don't now, it just makes me feel uncomfortable. The big companies know way too much from us and their hunger for data won't be satisfied :eek6:

And I also said "facebook-like" ,)

Personally I already find 300 "friends" are very many ;)

Maybe I'm a bit overreacting, I have to admit that :P. In my opinion all these so called "friends" oder "friendlists" should be called "contacts" then in general. It doesn't make much difference, but friends and contacts are somehow distinct.

How is it so different? You can also use your mic or the chat there ;)

That's exactly what I'm talking about. Where is the difference? You can also play once with a stranger, and if you had fun, you can repeat it ;)

But ok, I know what you mean. Maybe we can conect these two points, and put this stranger in our friendlist after we played with him once :xd::'>

Your life is...... awesome :emot-haw: :xd::'>

Totally....

NOT :P

Oooh sorry my mistake. I wasn't thinking about the new interface of the PS4  Then you are right, it is pretty smililar to FB and the idea of sharing everything with "friends" is very much like it. I think this is very unnnecessary in the world of gaming. No one needs to know my real name or other personal stuff about me... (oh irony :biggrin5: -> written in a PS3-forum where everyone knows my name )

Right. These companies should not get informations like that. We all know that those informations get misused for advertising and market research

Me too. I have around 90 friends and could easily delete some of them. 300 would be way too many for me too, but that is the idea of facebook. I really like this thought of yours to call friends "contacts". That would be a more proper phrase because "friends" are something very different, like we all know. Nobody has 300 real friends... :dozey: (usually)

Because you kinda know them :P You know their name and maybe where they are from. Yes that was my thought too. This is how you make friends in PSN: you play, you have fun, you add, you write ^^

Wuhuuuu yeaahh party alcohooool wuhuuu yeaaaah
:smilielol5: Normal....

I totally agree with you

What a coincidence that now Whatsapp has been taken over by Facebook :P

More data for more annoying adverts :dozey:

If this continues it doesn't matter where or if you post your name or share whatever because everything is already known :willy_nilly:

Yeah, I also only have 50-60 CONTACTS (:biggrin5:). It's a cool feature to stay connected with people you've met but most of them are really now friends. Mostly collegues... :tongue3: (...you can even partly not stand to )

We should try to make this term popular then. Together, we can change the world :coolgleamA:

Yeah... that is my only worry too. Plenty of adverts that could appear in Whatsapp and there's nothing more annoying than commercial which you have to close manually every single time :dozey:

Oh sorry of course I meant "contacts" :2thumbsup: You're right. Sometimes it's just funny to follow people you don't like at all and laugh about every dumb post they write

Of course!!! We have changed the world already but our work here isn't done yet :J:

Or not :biggrin5:
Actually I was talking about myself and my wall of text :P Once you weren't the one that couldn't stop writing :xd::'>
