I mean, I had 9 weeks summer holidays and now 1 week of halloween/autumm holidays. What kind of holidays were these?

But the time of your autumn holidays is kind of awkward. Why 1 week ago? Why not now? Because now it's halloween and all saint's day and all these official holidays. Do you have school on those days?

Here in North-rhine-westphalia there are autumn holidays since Monday of the last week and they'll end coming friday.

But in Germany the holidays are placed to different times to relax the traffic conditions on the Autobahn. If all 16 states (?) would have holiday times wich would be placed by the (Feiertagen? ) the streets would totally collapse. Worse than they do anyway ^^

Oh my god I can imagine how funny that was. One of my gamer friends is from Bavaria and when he rages it's so awesome. Everybody laughs his ass off when he starts screaming in Bavarian

You can't just say that you hate a language. What should they do? It is their language and you have yours.

You are born in a country and you speak the language that is spoken there. It's that simple.

If you hate an language just because it doesn't sound beautiful to you, then you are nothing better than all these Americans that think their language is the only one in the whole world and everyone should learn and speak it....

Well, I'm from Bavaria but usually never speak in dialect. Furthermore I'm a very kind person and don't start raging that quickly . But when I do - I assure you - it's not in Bavarian

It's pretty the same thing with me. When I get angry in front of German people which is very unusual I would never rage Austrian. That would embarrass me a lot^^ So I just avoid to rage at all

Over time I got used to talk German and sometimes I can get pretty mad, when I play online games
