I feel totally different about the jokes being translated into German. Lately I realized they even cut out the "audience laugh" in Himym for example.

I watch all my shows in English, and sometimes in German when I am too lazy to switch to another channel; so I am waiting for a specific joke (which I know is about to come up), and then its just not there. The only show I know that deals rather good with the translation issue is South Park...oh and Scrubs did it well too.

I feel like the translators are getting way too lazy lately...besides the fact that a lot of shows start to annoy me. So every fall I have to keep an eye out for new great shows and comedies, like "Guys with kids" for example. Sadly they made only 17 episodes in season 1, so I hope they renew it for another few seasons.

Anyways, watching Iron Man 3 in English today, I hope they do a better job than in number 2. I remember when they shot the movie in Monaco and they had french speaking people in there, they werent really speaking french, it was some kind of canadian french which made me laugh through that whole scene.

Not expecting too mich from what I heard so far, but only thing I want is some cool kick-ass action.

Just walked the "You're gonna have a bad time" Episode from South Park, and I nearly missed that part because it was extremely "overhearable".

Well, I've never used this before 'cause it sounds a little bit rough. Have anybody of you guys ever been to London? On the 11th of June I'm going to be there for almost one week so I need some advices The best places to be and so on.

We have to decide for a school outing between London and Murrica.

London is far more cheaper, but I hate their fucking accent.

Had to sum up the text, brought my own opinion a little bit in. It's hard to get the facts straight, especially with a shitty text.

Video Game Addiction

The article about video game addiction is written by a young man named Ethan Guinn.

He studied about 400 young people to see how far video games affect their lives. About 60 percent of them showed slight signs of an addiction and its consequences. The signs are for example thinking of playing when they don’t, doing less (home)work, showing off a lack of hygiene and having an urgent feeling to play.

These symptoms come up often with new games, but disappear after some days. It’s slightly different with online games, because they don’t stop, and because of that players are feared of missing something. For this reason most people doesn’t really want to stop.

There are also some more negative effects of an real addiction, like eating fast food, doing little to no sports or fail to wash yourself properly. Like I just said, these are the signs of an real addiction. Some people play seven hours on, for example a Saturday, and then there are people who play one hour a day. The former one seems addicted, but is in the exact same situation as the second. Or maybe some people prefer playing over watching TV. It’s nearly the same.

He hopes his research will help people to see the seriousness of addictions and also wants to prevent people from getting addicted.

omg today i passed a house and at the first floor the window was opened.. And that smell was like "wowowo what the fuck are you guys smoking there?"

I've never smoked that stuff but that smell was so intensive that even i realized what it was ^^

That stuff smells so fucking awesome, I want a perfume with that fragrance. :'>

Why that?

Because I don't like the hotness. (Friend of mine said "hoticity" some day )

And I didn't have enough time to play all of my games so far.

About 10 unplayed games are standing around at home. Plus the digitals, but Amt first I have to play all retail games.

Never tried "Animal Crossing". Wanna buy New Super Mario Bros. II in a couple of days. Any experience with it?

I don't know, the time will tell. There's gum partial over them, and food gets under it, so there's a chance they're going to "rot".

Just buy AC if you like life simulators, it's awesome.

I never really played any other Super Marios than SM64 and SM World.

But I read that SM3D is a little bit better, although SMBros2 shall also be very good.

Just buy all Mario Games for 3DS, plus ACNL.

After my visit to the dentist I felt horrible pain in my ears, so I went to the ear doc. Inflammation of the middle ear. Now I feel even more pain. What a vacation.

I have to work until Wednesday. Whole July, I'm going to be so happy when I get my money.

Does anyone know good and very extensive (related to the material) board games? I'd like some kind of stradegy games, or fantasy RPGs.
