Well it's a bit confusing, but if you think about it, it makes some sense

There are two doctors, lets call dem Doc A and Doc B.

Doc B is sick or something and now Dod A doctors Doc B. But what method does he use? Does he doctor Doc B like Doc B would do it or does he doctor him like he (Doc A) would?
