Go to Underground B2, into a room with wooden floor tiles. Examine the desk with the shining light. Head to B1, and examine the Fire Hydrant in the corner, blocked by some boxes and stuff. Go back down to B2, into a room with an empty bookshelf. Name the cats. You'll receive the Underground Mall B3 locker key. Head to the locker and open it. Choose to give to to the man. If you choose to keep the 50,000 Yen, you’ll earn a “finish” instead. Hand it over to “complete’ the quest. Approach the delinquent next to the Poppo store in Nakamichi Alley, and the man in costume will show up again. Head to the front of Millenium Tower and approach the punks surrounding the costumed hero. “Be SPICY and lend a hand”. Head to the nearby Matsuya and speak to the emplyee for some take out curry. Return to the costumed man. Chapter 4 Becoming Family Time: Any Pre-requisite: Curry Adventure Opens up: N/A Reward: 5,000 XP Speak to the girl in white outside New Serena. Head to Millennium Tower and you’ll find Minoru outside. Speak to him. Go to the parking lot on Shichifuku St. East, to find the Theif; defeat him. Find the mother standing in the middle of Theather Square. Return to Minoru. A Doctor’s Pledge Time: Night Pre-requisite: Curry Adventure Opens up: N/A Reward: 5,000 XP Take a Taxi and head to the Docks. Talk to the guy in the red jacket lying on the ground near some containers. Speak to Tanimura in New Serena Defeat Triad members Finale Kiryu the Babysitter Time: Any, except Evening Pre-requisite: Becoming Family Opens up: N/A Reward: Zero Jewel, 5,000 XP Enter New Serena for an event, choose “Diapers”. Go out and talk to bystander outside. Talk to eyewitness at the junction near Stardust Head to the Underground Parking Lot next, Space 404. Beat up the Shady Men Name the baby. Floriography Time: Any, except Evening Pre-requisite: N/A Opens up: The Hills Have Noise Reward: 5,000 XP Speak with Takashi in front of the Millennium Tower, agree to bringing him to Kage. Exit Kage’s room and speak with Takashi outside. Go down the hall and you’ll automatically observe Takashi’s dialogue with Tanimura. Next, head to Poppo store at Nakamichi Alley, to find Takashi and Akiyama. Go to the alley in to south Champion District, to findTakashi and Saejima. Head back to the Purgatory Underground (use the West Park toilet) and speak with Kage. Talk to Takashi infront of Millennium Tower. The Hills Have Noise Time: Any, except Evening Pre-requisite: Floriography Opens up: N/A Reward: Seal of the Dragon, 5,000 Exp Talk to the Ueno Seiwa members at Public Park 3, Tenkaichi Alley and eavesdrop on their conversation. Eavesdrop again, this time from some gossipers outside MEB. Head to Kamurocho Hills through the toilet in West Park at Night.
