You'll connect your PS3 to your phone's mobile hotspot. Turn off the hotspot before launching the game. Once you load in, wait for the autosave to complete then toggle your hotspot on. You should see the wifi symbol turn white, immediately turn your hotspot off. The wifi symbol will turn gray but you will still be able to find the community events.
